When Umberto first arrived in Death Valley in 2001, everyone told him he was crazy for wanting to sell umbrellas in one of the hottest places on Earth. But Umberto saw something others didn't.

The desert sun is relentless, and even in Death Valley, rain does occasionally fall - often with dramatic intensity. Our customers appreciate having quality protection for both scenarios.

What started as a small kiosk has grown into Death Valley's premier umbrella boutique, serving everyone from tourists needing emergency shade to collectors seeking our handcrafted designer pieces.
